Yes, the transport is insured and every stage is documented. You see the car in photo reports at each step and can track it by GPS/AirTag in real time.

How much does delivery within the destination country cost?

It depends on the city and the mode of transport. The cost is part of the turnkey calculation and is fixed in the contract before work starts — no separate “logistics” invoice will appear at the end.

Can I collect the car earlier, in Vladivostok or at the border?

Yes, if that suits you better — then delivery within the destination country drops out of the calculation. Say so when the paperwork is drawn up and your manager will recalculate the total.

What if the timings slip?

We tell you at once and explain the reason — the vessel schedule, a queue at the border crossing, the paperwork. Staying silent about a delay is worse than moving a date: you have to understand what is happening to your money and your car.

How delivery works

The video shows loading in China, but it is only an example: in Europe, Korea, Japan and the UAE a container is loaded in exactly the same way. The routine is the same everywhere — the cars are driven inside, secured and sealed.

This is delivery by sea or by rail: the container travels by ship to the port or by train on the railway, and then by car transporter to your city.

Shipping and customs
