Can I speak to your clients?

Ask your manager: on a number of deals clients agree to such a conversation. It is a reasonable request when several million roubles are involved.

What should I do if I have a complaint?

Write to your manager and to support — we work through the situation using the documents and photo reports that exist for every stage. The terms are fixed by contract, so a dispute is settled on facts rather than on verbal promises.

Why are your reviews not all perfect?

Because we do not delete the inconvenient ones: timings sometimes slip because of vessel schedules and queues at the border. What matters more is how a company behaves in that situation — whether it tells you itself or waits to be asked.

How do I leave a review?

Once you have received the car your manager will ask for feedback. Write it as it is — that is the only way for us to see what we are getting wrong.

Client reviews

What people who have already brought a car in with us say — from China, Korea, Japan, Europe, the USA, the UAE and the CIS countries.

Reviews written after handover

They are written by people who have already collected the car: with the region, the timings and the final amount.

We publish the awkward ones too

A review is moderated for authenticity, not for praise.

Up to 6 photos of 15 MB each and one clip of up to 100 MB — you can shoot them right on your phone.

I agree to the publication of my review, my name and the attached photos and clips on the site. The surname is shown in a shortened form, the phone number and the email — behind asterisks.

By sending this request you agree to the Privacy Policy and give your consent to the processing of personal data.

The review appears on the page after a check — we match it against your deal. This usually takes one working day.

Questions and answers

Look at the details: the region, the model, the timings, the amounts. A review with specifics can be verified — we can show the case behind that deal. General praise without detail means nothing, with us or with anyone else.
