How the company is organised
We work on a “to order only” model. It means the car is looked for against your requirements and your budget, not picked from what has already been bought and is standing in a warehouse. This takes longer at the sourcing stage, but it removes compromises on trim, condition and price.
The exception is new Chinese cars: they have already been bought by our dealer partners, so they are effectively available from stock. For them the process is shorter: the contract, the choice of trim, purchase the same day and delivery from 22 days.
For Japan, around 95% of supply goes through auctions — that gives access not only to passenger cars, but also to powersports vehicles, special machinery and cars for parts.
Inside the company there are sales, logistics, customs clearance, marketing and accounting departments. Every stage is run by a specialist in that field, not by one manager handling “everything”.

A fixed turnkey price

A refundable deposit

A contract with a Russian LLC. We are answerable for the car matching the stated specification and we give a warranty on its technical condition.
OSAGO as a gift
When you buy a new car, a one-year OSAGO policy (compulsory motor insurance) is at our expense.
Pre-delivery preparation
A detailing wash, professional paint polishing, protective film and the fitting of extra equipment at your request — before the keys are handed over.
Protection in transit
At every stage of transport the car is wrapped in a special protective film: no chips, no scratches and no road dust.

The main destination is Russia, by parallel or direct import. About 10% of orders go to the CIS countries: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Georgia and Azerbaijan.
We deliver the customs-cleared car to your city by car transporter, by rail or by driven transfer — you choose the method.
Logistics hub in Poti
Our own hub in Georgia lets us receive cars from Europe, the USA and the Middle East and send them onwards without unnecessary intermediaries.

How buying works

Free consultation
We establish the goal and the budget, source suitable makes and models, and explain every stage and every cost.

Contract and deposit
We sign a contract with a fixed price and fixed timings. A deposit is paid — it is refundable up to the purchase.

Finding the car
We source options, agree them with you and arrange calls, an on-site viewing and a video report.
04
Buying the car
We reserve and buy the agreed option. Payment goes to the company’s account abroad.
05
Shipping and customs
We move the car to the border, go through customs clearance, pay the duties and the recycling fee, and issue the electronic vehicle passport (ePTS).
06
Handover
We carry out pre-delivery preparation and deliver the car to your city.
Price, deposit and payment
The final price is fixed and turnkey: the cost of the car, the logistics, the customs payments and our fee in a single amount. The size of the fee depends on the region and is fixed in the contract before the work begins.
Calculations are made in roubles; part of the payments go in foreign currency (USD, CNY, EUR, KRW) at the rate on the transaction date. Only the deposit is accepted into the company’s bank account in Russia. The client pays the rest through payment agents: the agent transfers the currency to the company’s account abroad, after which we buy the car.
The documents can be signed online — there is no need to come to an office. Car loans and OSAGO are arranged through banks and insurance companies that are our partners.
