How often do the reports arrive?

At every significant stage: the purchase, shipping, arrival at the port, customs clearance and dispatch within the destination country. If anything slips, you hear it from your manager rather than from silence.

Can I contact my manager directly?

Yes, you have your own manager for the whole deal, and all the correspondence and documents are kept in your personal account. There is no need to explain the story of your order again each time.

What does GPS/AirTag show?

The actual position of the car in transit. It does not replace the reports, but it answers the main question of a long delivery — “is the car actually moving?”.

What if contact with the car is lost?

On the sea leg there may be no signal — that is normal. Your manager will confirm the status from the carrier’s documents and say when to expect the next update.

On request we open up access to GPS or an AirTag: where the car is right now is visible in real time.
