We work as a Russian LLC and run all settlements under a contract. Payment is split into two stages: first the deposit, which starts the sourcing, then the full price of the car before the purchase. This order protects both sides: you do not transfer a large sum “into nowhere”, and we do not start work without confirmed intent.
All bank details, contracts, invoices and reports are passed through your personal account. This is a matter of principle for security: the contract states only the company’s bank details, while the payment data for currency transactions is visible solely inside the account under your own login. We do not circulate bank details in messengers and do not dictate them over the phone — if someone does that in our name, you are dealing with a fraudster.
The format of the deal is recorded separately. The supply contract states whether we take the car on a turnkey basis — with logistics, customs clearance, the temporary storage warehouse and delivery to your city — or whether you go through part of the stages yourself. Both the scope of work and the final amount depend on this, so the option is chosen before payment rather than along the way.
For the whole route the car or the machine is insured: from the seller’s site to the handover to you. The insurance cover applies at every stage of the carriage, including the sea leg, transhipment in the port and delivery within the destination country.

Why the purchase goes through a payment agent
The money reaches the seller within a couple of hours
The funds arrive in the account of the auction in Japan or the USA within about two hours, sometimes faster. A bank transfer takes days, and a lot will not wait that long.
No currency control
The payment is not held up for checking, no documents are demanded for weeks and it is not turned back without explanation.
The exchange rate does not drift
The amount is fixed at the moment it is paid in. A bank rate has time to move while the payment is in transit — and not in your favour.
No risk of a block
A bank blocking the transfer means a failed deal: the auction issues a penalty for late payment and the lot goes to another buyer.
No two-week refunds
If an international transfer does not go through, the money comes back within up to 14 days. All that time it is unavailable and the deal stands still.

Settlements are made with a Russian legal entity under a contract, not with a private individual on a verbal understanding.

Roubles, transferred to the company’s bank account using the details from the contract. A standard payment to a legal entity with a full set of supporting documents. This is how the deposit and part of the settlements under the deal are paid.

You hand cash roubles to an agent in your own city — they work in every major city in Russia. The receipt is documented and the amount shows up in your personal account straight away.

The same procedure for cash currency. The rate and the amount are fixed at the moment the money is paid in, so that no discrepancy appears by the time of the purchase.

Electronic funds through a payment agent
The main way of paying for the car itself. The details for the transfer are shown in your personal account. Because of sanctions restrictions, purchases abroad today go mainly by this route — it is also the fastest and makes it possible to meet the three-day deadline.

If you have an account abroad, the payment can go straight to the account of the dealer or the site we are buying the car from. The shortest route: no intermediaries and no intermediate conversions.

Technically possible, but the fees for processing the payment and the currency-control risks remain with the client. The main difficulty is the timing: the transfer may take longer than the three days allowed or come back, and the lot will go to another buyer.

Contracts, annexes and acceptance certificates are signed remotely through your personal account. There is no need to come to the office at any stage of the deal.

The payment procedure step by step
A deposit contract for sourcing
We sign a contract for sourcing the car. It states the amount of the deposit, the company’s bank details and the terms on which it is used. The same details are duplicated in your personal account — check them before transferring.
Paying the deposit
The deposit is paid into the company’s bank account and is a prepayment for the future car. It is not a fee and not a payment that expires: the amount counts towards the price of the car.
Starting the sourcing protocol
Once the deposit arrives the search starts. For used cars this is the protocol for searching and checking lots; for new ones, the protocol for finding a dealer with the required trim and colour.
Checking the options
Every car on the shortlist is checked: history, inspection and, where necessary, a visit to a workshop. The cost of the checks is covered out of the deposit, and you can see in advance how much has already been spent.
Your decision
After the check we hand over the report and give you a few days to decide. Nobody hurries you: turning down a particular option simply means the sourcing continues.
Purchase and full payment
Once we have your agreement we reserve the car and pay a deposit for it to the seller. The full amount has to be transferred within three days — this period is set by the terms of the sites, and a lot is not held any longer.
The transfer request
Our accountant draws up the request and sends the details to you and to the payment agent in your city at the same time. The agent is already expecting you with the amount ready — there is no need to turn up and explain anything.
Logistics and handover
From there the supply contract takes over: the stages, the method of delivery and the timings are set out in it in advance. The car is insured for the whole journey and the status is visible in your personal account.
Questions and answers
The deposit is paid into the corporate bank account of our legal entity under the contract. The price of the car is paid through payment agents — the currency reaches the company account abroad, after which we buy the car.
